I am looking at a Doctor oredered elbow replacement - Yup - not just for hips or knees any more.
I am a very active and healthy 42 year old male who has a passion for exercise.
the problem is the re is not much - any - information about pysical activity/ weightlifting after having RH replacement
- I need to talk to anyone who has had the operation to find out any cons - weight that you can handle after the surgery, difficulties etc
I am frustrated beyond frustrated. My problem? I can't follow routines.
I just recently visited a doctor who wanted me to take a pill every day, and I told her that I would do my best, but I am terrible at routines. Unfazed, she replied that I should take it every time I brush my teeth. I honestly responded that I don't brush my teeth every day.
I have scars on my face from acne from when I was a teenager. I am thinking of getting plastic surgery for this.
Have any of you had plastic surgery? Does it help?
How many mistakes do Doctors generally make while performing plastic surger?
