Ok so this will be my first time ever actually acknowledging my sexuality outside of my head. so I will start from the beginning. I am recently 21 but my story goes back to about thirteen. The first time I realized I was gay, was when i accidentally stumbled onto gay porn on the Internet and instantly became aroused by it. I discovered this three days before i started grade nine. I was horrified and had no idea how to deal with it.

Somewhere stored among the surviving remnants of my life is a university song book. It was published for Mount Allison University about 1880 - a time when Mt. A was turning out Methodist clergy like canned beans, and when students would actually get together and sing. (I grew up in a home like that. I played the piano and the family and guests sang. So it rouses fond memories.)
You can see if yours is one of the copies by looking up this song in it:

to control your every thought,
Where is the nataional church's response to this....???
Was the UCC there?
Why is this under parenting – let’s face it – if Queer teachers don’t feel safe and are bullied on a daily bases from their peers and employers, how do we expect our children and youth to feel “safe”?
After discussion with some teachers in Ontario I have become aware how much work there is to be done for those who we entrust our children to. Queer teachers are trying to find ways to stay in the closet rather than coming out. What kind of message are these folks sending to the children/youth that they teach?
CCOKC, for short.
This is all kinds of awesome:
