Jae is clearly way ahead of some of us, 2 things sent & recieved!  I'm hoping mine makes it for Christmas, it looks like it should :)  If not, an extension of the celebration is always welcome, right?

I mailed my Secret Santa gift and my sisters' gifts all on the same day.  I talked to my sister today and she didn't mention anything about receiving a gift from me - so I guess they are all in transit.  Tomorrow or Monday would be my guess. 

I mailed the last of my cards today.  I think cards generally go faster.

Seeler, did you get a tracking number?

My recipient should get theirs tomorrow or Monday, I hope, as well. It is an envelope with a small gift inside. So, it didn't need to go as a parcel.

I have received my present.  I havent' opened it yet, but I know it comes from our wonderful Seeler.    (I am a tardy Secret Santa, so ..until mine is finished and in the mail, I cannot open my own!)

Well I have to confess, mine just went in the mail 15 minutes ago, but they said it should only take 3 business days so my recipient should still have it for Christmas

I received mine yesterday!  (Thanks, Chemgal!)  Bravely resisting the sudden impulse to save it until Christmas Day, I opened the package to find a lovely slipcased edition of Dickens' Christmas Carol (one of my most beloved stories for this time of year) as well as two pens from the University of Alberta.  The pens will surely come in handy, I'm forever misplacing or losing pens.  They may ;ast about six weeks, but the book will be treasured for much longer.  Thanks again, Chemgal!

I received mine from Kimmio.A wonderful black heart on a black cord. But the magic is when you turn it around the heart has a beautiful pink blossom in it. Thank you Kimmio, it is very special.

Pommum gifted me several Christmas ornaments.  The three big glittery snowflakes will look lovely hanging in my front window.  But most importantly, a pretty pewter tree decoration in the shape of a squirrel - to remind me of all of you at Wondercafe!  A very clever idea that had me going back to watch the original EZ Answer Squirrel video again!

Yes Crazy Heart did an excellent job of being my Secret Santa!  :)

When I read her post about shipping to the East Coast…I got super excited hoping it was for me!

She is an amazing gift giver.  I opened it right away.

She gave me bath items such as a cozy bath wrap, hair towel, loofah poof,  yummy soap, cute tweezers and nail file.

SG has excellent timing - my gift arrived today!

I  just opened my gift from SG. It was a beautiful, handmade Christmas ornament - a pair of moccasins for my tree. The best part is - they were created by SG (with the help of one of the elders in his community). I love them - and they look great on my tree! Thanks SG!

A mug and homegrown tea for me, fresh catnip for the cats. I sewed it into 2 little pouches with tails and they each had a delightful time.

Sorry this a little late but I need to thank mendalla for his gift!

It made it to me on the 24th and I almost decided to wait the day to open it but of course couldn't. I opened my gift to find two pairs of fuzzy gloves and two kitkat bars. The kitkats were wrapped in snowmen paper that had jewels as their buttons and the gloves were turned into hats and bottoms for the snowmen. They were so cute! I wish I had taken a picture to show everyone. Thank you so much mendalla!

And I am very very late in thanking my Secret Santa (I've been absent from Wondercafe actually altogether), but Xmas morning I opened a lovely gift of two beautiful ornaments to add to my very eclectic tree! I do so love the sort of ornaments that you remember the story and/or the giver behind them. There is a small be-jewelled spider nestling in my tree along with a beautiful paper 3-D snowflake.
