Hi folks!
It's that time of year again - time for Secret Santas! Here's how it works: you send, via private message me your name and your address and I will randomly select someone to send you a gift and someone else for you to send something to. In that private message, I also recommend sending in some ideas of things that you are interested in (hobbies, sports teams, etc.). It's not about spending a lot of money. Let's limit the price of the gift to $10 (not including postage).
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to either post them here or private message me. If you would like to sign up for this, please do so via private message.
Let's have some fun this Christmas!

Over the years I've always enjoyed the exchange of gifts - the anticipation of whose name I will receive, the thinking about a suitable gift - what would they like, how will it be mailed (I think one year I sent through Amazon), and then wondering who will be sending me a gift, and the excitement of tearing it open. A pewter guardian angel for my car - a gift certificate - jewellry - something to read or to admire.
Thanks to all those who organized - and all those who participated.
Let's find a way to do it again next year.

Sorry this is so late all. I was without power/internet for a few days, and then ever so busy with family and church.
My Secret Santa this year was Sterton, and what a wonderful present I received... the aforementioned woolen red bag, plus (hope I mention everything)...
Nice ivory-coloured candles
Brown, cirular, Christmas tree drink coasters
A small pad of note paper, with a lovely and majestic-looking lighthouse design on the top
A rich-brown coloured microwave mitt
And (best of all imho) a black plastic bowl - made out of a recycled Gene Autry Sings album.
Thank you Sterton. What wonderful gifts. Hope you and yours had a wonderful Christmas. All the best for 2014.

You are welcome Dcn. Jae! My favourite was the melted record as well. I did all my shopping at our church's talent auction :)

Canada Post may have taken a bit of a detour with mine. I'm still waiting, and I also never recieved a local letter that should have been in the mail on the 16th. Which one do you think will find it to me first?

Thanks Somegal! I don't mind waiting, I thought maybe my Santa was going for Jan 7 or something :) I just don't want a gifter to feel unappreciated!
