 I think it should... of course, there are complications. But Al Queda is destroyed, Bin Landen is dead. We should get out of Afghanistan as soon as possible.

Whether justified or not, the death was an act of violence.  Violence begets violence.  I would be surprised if this were the end of that war.

THat would assume that :

a) RB is wrong (and I don't believe he is)

b)Bin Laden was actually teh strategic mastermind of the organization and not just the money man and titular head

c) AL Qaeda is a monolithic organization instead of a networlk of cells

d) there was only one anti-US group out there

e) the US wants the so called "WAr" on Terror to be over

and since I am unconvinced any of those are true...
