hahahahaha.. just because you can buy a car doesnt mean youre smart enough to live. if someone is stupid enough to cause an accident JUST because they are on the phone then lol.. they are definitely too stupid to drive and phone... hahahahha but one thing is for certain, we dont need the police to further disempower us every time something happens, its called "natural selection". LOL

I seldom drive- I bus in bad weather and bike around the city most of the time. The "nuts behind the wheel" of so many cars are already dangeorus because they are going too fast, are too sleepy in the morning and too irritated or tired in the home rush hour, or are reaching for the CD player or the coffee, driving forward while looking at the passenger,...all the stuff we all know other drivers do. I've seen women applying make-up while driving, one at approximately 100 kph!

(I'm sure, that like me, ALL the other people reading this are perfect drivers!)  But I couldn't tell you how many times I have nearly been creamed corn due to drivers yakking on the phone while booting it through a yellow light. If you are a frequent bike rider you'll know that you must be more vigilant and make more eye contact  with car drivers than normal. But it's usually one way eye contact- those distracted clowns don't even register you.
