Has anyone had an allergic reaction to something that they tested negative for? Did you end up getting retested? What ended up happening?
The CMA has recommended that pets no longer be allowed on planes in the cabins. I'm happy to hear it, but we'll see what the airlines actually do.
I don't understand why so many people feel the need to bring a pet anyway. Moving? Sure. A dog depending on what you're doing and where you're going possibly. A cat, rodent, reptile, etc? Traveling will just stress them out and they won't be enjoying the destination. Why don't people just get someone to look after their pet or pay for kennel services?
I just checked the pollen counts for my area since I've been feeling utterly miserable the past several days -- sinus headache, sneezing, watery eyes etc. Maple pollen is at a count of 135 "High" being 80.
I'm allergic to maple pollen (and other tree pollens) and did I say I'm miserable? Nothing in way of remedies is ideal, IMO. The Claritin makes me jumpy, the steroids I spray up my nose seems to cause an outbreak of cold sores.
My tale of woe.
A little over a year ago, I treated myself to a new Bauhaus sofa since I"d quit smoking and wanted something chic and clean. It wasn't cheap.
I noticed some off gassing, but assumed it would dissipate in a month or two and all would be well. After six months of smelly couch, I contacted the manufacturer who wouldn't help. They said to contact Pier One and complain to them. Since it had been over 30 days, the limited warranty was over.
No luck.
