Keep knitting to keep healthy

Most knitters & crafters would agree - working on an interesting project helps us feel good.   Now there's some explanation for this, based on neuroscience!   Seems it's good for the brain too - engaging lots of different brain areas in simultaneous activity.

Knit the Royal Wedding??

Well ... some folks have too much time on their hands I guess!  For the Royal Family  fan who has everything ... how about this?

Knitters - help with pattern

Ok, for any fellow knitters on here.  I have a pattern that is driving me batty beacuse I can not get it to work out right.  I am going to post the instructions as written in my pattern book and see if any of you can work it out.

 

Pattern is any multiple of 6, work on 9mm or 10 mm needles

Row 1: Knit

 

Row 2: Purl

 

Row 3: K1, * YO twice, K1; repeat from * across
