I mentioned in an topic a while ago that I was not planning on changing my last name when I got married. From a young age, I decided I did not want a last name with spaces, more than one capital letter, apostrophes, etc. Ie. Van der Waal, O'Connor, McBain. A hyphen was a possibility, but only if it was between his name and my maiden name. My last name is common, I might have been more inclined to change my name if my husband had a less common name without any of the above 'extras' and it was easy to spell.
I'm back a married women! The weather was perfect; I was getting a little worried about rain the day before but it stayed a great temperature for hauling around a big dress and there was enough clouds for photos that if we were squinting we just had to wait a minute for the next cloud to cover the sun.
So I watched the Da Vinci Code. I realize that the movie is fiction. I also realize that I am a few years behind.
What are your thoughts on Jesus and Mary being married?
