Driving back from Kitchener I was scanning the radio trying to find a CBC 2 signal that wasn't breaking up on me. Instead I hit a rock station playing this.
What songs do you just have to stop and listen to when they come on?
One of my facebook friends (actually, one of my church's pianists, who should know better) posted a link to "Can't Fight This Feeling" by REO Speedwagon. But that wasn't the video that caught my attention. In the sidebar of related videos was ... Air Supply. And now I'm into my third Air Supply video. I really, really think that they (esp. Russell Hitchcock's hairdo) look totally goofy in an eighties sort of way, but I'm rather surprised to find that I still find the music listenable and even ... good.
I was out on the deck cleaning the shades from our kitchen fluorescents, and suddenly I was hearing/singing "Don't let it end" by Styx. Haven't heard the song in years, but it was one of my favorite songs from Kilroy was here. Anyone else being tortured by earworms?
