So, in the interests of sharing some of the nature of the journey..

1.  Lesson 1 -- don't think anything will follow normal patterns -- Pick up at 5:15am ET...for flight at 8:45am ET.   Needed a little bit more time as travelling with a friend as an assistant to her.  Figured I would get some sleep on the van as I always do.. but, had a driver I hadn't seen for a while, and he invited me to the front seat to chat on the way down  -- lol, it worked out fine.

Well, I'm going off again, and I can't wait. I'll admit, I love my home, but I never miss it. Is that wrong? I want the open air of new places, to travel far and wide. To seek truths in forgein and ancient nations - to find and loose myself in this big, wonderful thing we call Earth. My soul yearns for exploration and to expand over vast waters! I want to meditate in a Chinese temple, stand were St. Paul stood in Ephesus - I want to visit the places from the history pages I possess. And no matter what, nothing will stop me from this dream.

 so i am going to australia in a few months and im wondering if any body has any feed back on where to go, where not to go, money savings tips etc. im planning on going to new zealand for two weeks and then flying into Brisbane. any thoughts??

 well the time has come! finally! i have my last two exams these upcoming days and im finally done! i don't even know how to describe it. happy, super excited, sad, a little scared... i think the scariest part is that the people i have been around for so long are all going in different directions; some doing amazing things, some not so amazing.

I'm having an absolutely wunderbar zeit mit mein family in germany ^^

As I'm sure Arminius can attest to, this country is absolutely beautiful...and I swear I could shop here endlessly >< lol.

So far I've picked up a Beirstein, for me, and one for my buddy.  I have also acquired, (to add to my already eclectic collection) a full set of lederhosen (sans vest and jacket) and a hat to match ^^

In a few weeks I will travel to Scotland and Israel. So, what's the connection? Not sure, but I am about to find out that is for sure. This is my second trip to Israel and my first to Scotland. While in Scotland, I'll be visiting my ancestor's lands of Gigha ( meaning God's Island), Oronsay (the place of St. Columba who is my ancestor via Nial of the Nine Hostages), Colonsay and Iona. In fact, I'll be in Iona for Easter! Lovely.
