Do you think the changes (recently and those since 2008) to the CMHC will benefit Canadians?
Do you think the changes will actually affect the housing market?

I find the idea that if you're giving money to charity and in debt, you're not actually giving anything, the loaner is. Does it depend on what you would do with the money if you hadn't donated it?
Should people in debt donate? Does the type of debt matter?
