When people refer to the middle class in Canada, who do you consider to be included in that group?

A list of the 100 richest Canadians is out.  Where does the information come from?  Why is it public knowledge?

Do you agree that very wealthy people are less ethical than those who aren't? From my experience, it would seem so overall. Of course, there are notable exceptions (help me out here!).  

Just read this article thie morning. You have to admire people who realize that they have enough and don't need anymore, so they give the excess away.  It was a good story to start the day with!
