I was talking about this scene at the Vancouver wondermeet, and wanted to share it with you. It was a powerful film to me growing up, and this scene is one of the most powerful.

in the thread posted by dionamanda, numerous people have suggested that men going to strip clubs is okay, and that if his partner has a problem with it, they need to just get over it and quit trying to ruin his fun. 

for me, if a man in a committed relationship knows that going to a strip club is something that will upset his partner, then he shouldn't be going in there.  period.   there really is no reason that i can see why it is imperative that a man go to a strip club at all.

what am i missing here??

I am new to this site and I am here because I have to vent somewhere that some people aren't. I can't blog on my myspace because my boyfriend is on there and really I don't need to add more feul to the fire.
