I'm going to present a scenario below, and hope you will ponder it, and say "what could have been done better". feel free to take the role of anyone of the players in the scene...and respond based on during, after and moving forward
I've heard various variations about this story.
Quick summary: Pennsylvania is warning people not to rub pregnant women's bellies, as they can be charged with harassment. It came after a stranger did so to a woman twice, the second time after being told not to.

Over the summer, two incidents in Ontario hit the headlines, tore across social media and drew my attention to the harsh reality that living in a community can sometimes be a difficult thing.
The first happened in Kingston.
Two married women came home from a weekend away to receive an anonymous letter telling them that there were people out to get them and that the writer did not agree with their living in Kingston as a married couple.
There were threats of intimidation, violence and bodily harm, including being shot with a pellet gun.
What laws (if any) are there about washrooms, change rooms, and other such places when they are specified for one gender/sex? I'm not even sure which is the right term here.
If there are any laws, how does this apply to those who are transgendered, intersexed, etc.?
What about age and disability?
The Slutwalk thread has got me thinking. There's still a long way to go in Canada when it comes to rape, sexual assault and harassment. There's the issues that were brought up with rape, where the victim is blamed, but I think there's an even larger problem. I don't know if there's a women in Canada past the age of 18 who has never been sexually harassed, if there is such a person I image they must have lived a very sheltered life. I don't know how many males who have been sexually harassed, but I would imagine the rate is still pretty high.
